This project consisted of the adaptive re-use of a historic building into a restaurant/bar (The DAP House) and the shell construction of a brewery (Trollingwood Taproom).

Located in downtown Kinston, this building is the earliest brick tobacco building that remains in the area.

This project consisted of the conversion of a historic school in Charleston, WV, into 27 elderly, affordable housing apartments.

This project consisted of the conversion of this mill into 60 one, two and three bedroom loft apartments.

Built in 1966, this commercial building has been renovated and converted into the Greensboro YWCA Headquarters.

The River Market Lofts afford premier residential spaces in the heart of Downtown Hawkinsville, GA located at 95 S Houston Street.

This project consisited of the conversion of an abandoned, historic hospital into 75 units of senior affordable housing in Gastonia, NC.

The old Dixie Yarn Cotton mill is being conveted into 75 units of affordable housing utilyzing historic credits and LITHC credits.
