Deerwood Apartments

The Deerwood Apartment project included the renovation of six subsidized housing apartment buildings which consisted of 72 one, two and three bedroom apartments.

This project consisted of the renovation of the Historic Gaston County Courthouse. The project included new electrical, HVAC, plumbing, site work, interior and exterior finishes.

Hackney Hall, a 1960s-era four-story residence hall, has been redesigned from the ground up to welcome a new generation of students to Barton College.

Originally opened in 1930, this 400 person movie house, has undergone a complete renovation and expansion.

An office building in downtown Henderson sat deteriorating. All structural damage was repaired and the building was restored to it’s origoinal beauty for offices.

This project consisted of the complete renovation, including extensive sitework, of 117 units of mixed-family and elderly housing.

Entrance to Church was renovated on two levels to include adding an internet café and a library.

This project consisted of the complete renovation of 103 units of elderly housing including sitework, while maintaining approximately 75% occupancy.

This project consisted of the renovation of 32 run down and deterioriating apartments.

The project is now a successful 82 unit project utilizing defensable space principles. Extensive sitework was a part of this $2,900,000 project.
