Babcock Building
This project consists of the conversion of the historic Babcock Building, part of the South Carolina State Hospital until the 1990’s, into 208 apartments and multiple commercial spaces.
Trailhead Church

Siler School Square
This project consisted of both new construction and adaptive re-use. The project included two new construction buildings and the adaptive re-use of the Siler School into a 44 unit affordable housing complex, including a playground, outdoor pavilion, and leasing office.
Lodge at Hickory
This new construction project consists of 80 units with a four-story interior corridor, two elevators, and community spaces.
King William Place
This new construction complex consisted of 84 units of affordable housing.

Located in downtown Franklinton, NC, this three story brick mill was originally built in 1895.
May Hosiery Lofts
May Hosiery Mill, an important example of an early twentieth-century hosiery knitting mill, is located in Burlington, NC and dates back to 1928.
Attwood Pointe Apts (Mission Village)
This project consisted of the new construction of 52 apartment units, in 4 buildings and a clubhouse.
