Located in Danville, VA., this former textile mill built in 1920 known as White Mill No.8, is being transformed into Dan River Falls, an adaptive reuse project. This is a 650,000 square foot, 5 story reinforced concrete structure that is being transformed into a mixed use complex which includes 190 units of housing (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms) with amenities that include a club room, meeting room, fitness center, dog park, Riverwalk trail and grilling area; 147,000 square feet of commercial space which includes office, retail and restaurants and 7 acres of land being turned into a riverfront park and other spaces for various outdoor activities. Interior and surface parking will be available.
