Big Chair Lofts
Located in downtown Thomasville, NC, the old Thomasville Furniture Mill was incredibly deteriorated and collapsing upon itself. This historic tax credit rehabilitation project consists of the conversion of the mill into 139 affordable loft style apartments. The project included a business center, game room, exercise facility, resident theater, office and playground.

Oneida Mill Apartments
This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
