Ford City Motor Lofts

This project is an affordable housing community for adults over the age of 55. The historic Ford City Motor Company site was repurposed to create 64 units, combining 36 new-construction units with 28 units through adaptive reuse of the original buildings. The community offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with a multipurpose room, auditorium, fitness center, and computer room.
