The project consists of the new construction of 62 units of affordable housing, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Built into the side of a granite hill, the project was designed to maximize the use of the site.
The four-story, interior-corridor building features an elevator, fitness center, community room, outdoor grilling area, playground, and rooftop deck.
