Aero Apartments

Aero Apartments is a new construction residential development consisting of 120 apartment homes across three residential buildings and a community clubhouse. The development offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The three-story, exterior-corridor buildings feature private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable interiors that create an inviting place for residents to call home. The community clubhouse enhances the resident experience with gathering spaces, a business center, a fitness center, and a playground.
The project utilized the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA), to support the development of quality affordable housing in Hampton, Virginia.
