Located in downtown Atlanta, GA, this historic tax credit project consisted of the conversion of a four story historic warehouse, originally built in 1923, into a five story building with 72 market rate lofts. The project included a parking garage, exercise facility, four story atrium, club room, office and units with roof pop ups.
