Downtown Renewal

This project consisted of the rehabilitation of one and a half city blocks in the heart of downtown Bennettsville.

Building on successful rehabilitation projects elsewhere in the downtown, this project involved the rehabilitation of a building and the creation of residential and commercial space.

The Great Falls Apartments received the 2002 CAHEC (Community Affordable Housing Equity Corp.) Award for Best “Mixed-Use” Project.
