The McAliley Apartments

This project consisted of both new construction and adaptive re-use. The project included two new construction buildings and the adaptive re-use of the Siler School into a 44 unit affordable housing complex, including a playground, outdoor pavilion, and leasing office.

May Hosiery Mill, an important example of an early twentieth-century hosiery knitting mill, is located in Burlington, NC and dates back to 1928.

Located in downtown Concord, NC sits the regal Hotel Concord. Originally built in the 1920's, this property has been renovated into luxury apartments overlooking downtown.

Located in the Danville, VA Tobacco Warehouse District, the Continental Lofts project included the adaptive re-use of a historic tobacco warehouse into 40 market rate apartments, one commercial space and a 1st floor parking garage.

This project consisted of the historic rehab of Concord’s first downtown luxury loft apartment building.
