City Market Lofts
Lynchburg, VA 2007
This project consisted of two large tobacco prizerys, dating back to 1900, and a grocery building, dating back to the 1920’s, that were rehabbed and converted into 67 luxury market rate apartments and commercial space. The three buildings contain approximately 117,000 square feet of space in the heart of downtown Lynchburg. This project was accomplished with financial help from the town in an effort to jumpstart the downtown area and to provide a higher level of housing than previously existed.
