4 downtown historic buildings had their upstairs converted into 12 market rate units and got new exterior historic restorations. A grant from HUD to the City of Henderson along with in kind services donated by Henderson and capital invested by 4 different owners were combined to make this possible.

Located in the heart of Bessemer City, The Lofts at Osage Mill consisted of the conversion of a very large, two story mill into 139 loft apartments and multiple community spaces.

Gish Flats (Court Street Lofts)
This project consisted of the new construction of a five story apartment building comprised of 44 market rate units and a roof top deck.
5th & Contanche Revitilization
Referred to as The Super Block, several properties on the Northeastern corner of the intersection of E. 5th St. and Cotanche St. in Uptown Greenville, NC were transformed into an attractive space for retail and office space.
Jefferson Brookville Apartments
This project consisted of the rehabilitation of the former Mesic Hardware store, the old George Washington School, along with two new buildings in downtown Newport News, VA.
Continental Lofts
Located in the Danville, VA Tobacco Warehouse District, the Continental Lofts project included the adaptive re-use of a historic tobacco warehouse into 40 market rate apartments, one commercial space and a 1st floor parking garage.
