Wilson Furniture Co. Lofts
Wilson, NC 2014
The Wilson Furniture Company Lofts’ building had been vacant for decades and deteriorating before redevelopment efforts started. The building was first used as a hardware store and became the location for the Wilson Furniture Company in 1915.
Constructed sometime between 1893 and 1897, this downtown historic building has been converted into five apartments, including three one- bedroom, one two-bedroom and one one-bedroom live/work space.

Siler School Square
This project consisted of both new construction and adaptive re-use. The project included two new construction buildings and the adaptive re-use of the Siler School into a 44 unit affordable housing complex, including a playground, outdoor pavilion, and leasing office.
May Hosiery Lofts

Gish Flats (Court Street Lofts)
This project consisted of the new construction of a five story apartment building comprised of 44 market rate units and a roof top deck.
5th & Contanche Revitilization
Referred to as The Super Block, several properties on the Northeastern corner of the intersection of E. 5th St. and Cotanche St. in Uptown Greenville, NC were transformed into an attractive space for retail and office space.
Jefferson Brookville Apartments
This project consisted of the rehabilitation of the former Mesic Hardware store, the old George Washington School, along with two new buildings in downtown Newport News, VA.
Continental Lofts
Located in the Danville, VA Tobacco Warehouse District, the Continental Lofts project included the adaptive re-use of a historic tobacco warehouse into 40 market rate apartments, one commercial space and a 1st floor parking garage.
Lofts 29
This project consisted of the historic rehab of Concord’s first downtown luxury loft apartment building.
Pemberton Lofts – Phase II
Located in the Danville, VA Tobacco Warehouse District, the Pemberton Lofts - Phase II project included the adaptive re-use of a historic tobacco building into 50 market rate apartments.
Nash Street Lofts
Originally built in 1854 for the Hackney Wagon Company, Nash Street Lofts offers residents a unique living experience in the heart of downtown Wilson, N.C.
