This project consisted of 50 units of new construction, senior housing constructed in a new three story building in downtown Sumter, SC.

These craftsman style quadplexes were built in the beautiful sandflats of South Carolina’s coastal region. They were arranged so that each of the 72 units has a private entrance and access to parking. The project also included the construction of both a clubhouse and an office.

This project consisted of the construction of three new two and three story buildings with fabulous mountain views.

This project involved the construction of 44 apartments and clubhouse in a complex built at the edge of a city historic district.
