This project consisted of the new construction of 52 apartment units, in 4 buildings and a clubhouse.
Sumter Place Apartments
This project consisted of the new construction of a 30 unit elderly, affordable housing apartment building near downtown Sumter, SC.
Beal Street Apartments
This project consisted of the new construction of 80 units of affordable housing apartments in 7 new buildings in Rocky Mount, NC.
Retreat at Statesville
This project consisted of the new construction of 80 units of affordable housing located in four buildings and a community center.
Liberty Pointe
This project consisted of the new construction of 48 units of multi- family housing in Petersburg, Virginia.
Southerland Village Apartments
This project consisted of the construction of three new buildings, including 48 units of affordable housing.
Summerville Garden Apartments
Five new buildings including 72 units of affordable housing and a clubhouse were built, along with all related site work.
Hartsville Garden Apartments
72 units of affordable housing with a separate clubhouse and all related site work
Rowan Point Apartments
This new construction project consists of 65 apartment units housed in three main buildings.
Nathaniel Village
49 units of affordable housing plus a clubhouse were built utilizing a “Big House” design, where every unit has a private entrance and the buildings look like big houses.
Rankin Farms Apartments
45 units of affordable housing were built in new buildings along with a 1920’s historic house that was adapted into a clubhouse, office, and community space.
Hanover Ridge Apartments
73 units of affordable housing and a clubhouse were built in 6 different buildings.
Royce Hill Apartments
73 units of affordable housing were built on 2 separate sites approximately 2 miles apart.
Coit Village
61 units of affordable housing were built in 2 buildings designed to look like townhouses on a prominent entrance road to downtown Florence, SC
Ridgecrest Town Apartments
This project included 72 units of townhouse sytle new construction complete with all sitework and amenities.
Johnson Lakes Apartments
This project consisted of 160 units of new construction, elderly housing complete with all sitework and amenities.
Pecan Grove
This project consisted of 32 units of new construction housing complete with a clubhouse and site amenities.
Heron Crossing
Completed at a face pace, six months start to finish, this project consisted of 41 units of new construction housing complete with all sitework.
Sumter Place
This project consisted of 50 units of new construction, elderly housing constructed in a new three story building in downtown Sumter, SC.
East Broad Crossing
This project consisted of the construction of 50 units of affordable housing along with all required sitework.
Spaulding Woods Phase II
34 units of affordable housing units were constructed along with a clubhouse and all site amenities
Berea Heights
Originally built in 1913 and used as a textile printing mill until 1977, this historic mill has been transformed into a community hub with over 200 units, parking, retail space, club room, pool, theater, fitness center, & more.
Lakota Crossings
Florence, SC 2004
These craftsman style quadplexes were built in the beautiful sandflats of South Carolina’s coastal region. They were arranged so that each of the 72 units has a private entrance and access to parking. The project also included the construction of both a clubhouse and an office.
Spaulding Woods Phase I
This project consisted of the construction of three new two and three story buildings with fabulous mountain views.
