St. Leo’s Place Apartments
Greensboro, NC 2000
This project involved the construction of 44 apartments and clubhouse in a complex built at the edge of a city historic district. To help blend in, the complex was built in an architectural style with historic features to complement the homes nearby. The budget was more than $2.1 million.
