Adaptive Reuse

This project included the historic rehabilitation and conversion of the old Randleman High School into 30 units of senior housing and an auditorium for civic use by the town of Randleman.

Phase I involved the conversion of an old tobacco warehouse into 14 high-end loft apartments and office space in downtown Winston-Salem across from Bailey Park in Innovation Quarter.
