This hospital was originally built in the 1920’s. It has been converted into 36 units of elderly housing. The rehab was designed to work with an existing senior center that is located adjacent to the hospital.

Oneida Mill Apartments
This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
The Lofts at White Furniture
A historic factory and warehouse, built originally by The White Furniture Company between 1905 and 1924.
Hoots Mill
