Central High Lofts
Central, SC 2002
The old high school, dating from 1862, long empty, had found its way onto the National Register of Historic Places. The town, fearful of losing a valuable historic resource, recruited Rehab Builders to save it. The site was strategically located in downtown Central and nearby Clemson University. With their hardwood floors and high ceilings, the renovated apartments are attracting young professionals and Clemson graduate students.

Babcock Building
This project consists of the conversion of the historic Babcock Building, part of the South Carolina State Hospital until the 1990's, into 208 apartments and multiple commercial spaces.

Located in downtown Thomasville, NC, the old Thomasville Furniture Mill was incredibly deteriorated and collapsing upon itself.
Fulton Supply Lofts
Located in downtown Atlata, GA, this historic tax credit project consisted of the conversion of a four story historic warehouse, originally built in 1923, into a five story building with 72 market rate lofts.
Oneida Mill Apartments
This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
The Lofts at White Furniture
A historic factory and warehouse, built originally by The White Furniture Company between 1905 and 1924.
Hoots Mill
This adaptive re-use project consisted of the conversion of the historic Hoots Roller Mill into 5 commercial spaces.
Christy’s-Longleaf (The DAP House)
This project consisted of the adaptive re-use of a historic building into a restaurant/bar (The DAP House) and the shell construction of a brewery (Trollingwood Taproom).
