This project involved the rehabilitation of an old high school during a period of heightened activity after devastating floods caused by Hurricane Floyd. The result was 57 apartments and senior center. The budget was more than $3.6 million.

Oneida Mill Apartments
This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
The Lofts at White Furniture
A historic factory and warehouse, built originally by The White Furniture Company between 1905 and 1924.
