This project consisted of the rehab and conversion of an old school into 27 units of elderly housing. An addition of 24 units was attached to the existing school, along with extensive renovations to an existing senior center.

This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
