A historic door and window factory in Milwaukee was converted into 69 affordable housing units. Construction was accomplished by the joint venture of Rehab Builders, Inc. and Commonwealth Construction of Wisconsin.

Oneida Mill Apartments
This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
The Lofts at White Furniture
A historic factory and warehouse, built originally by The White Furniture Company between 1905 and 1924.
