An old mill comprised of 4 existing historic buildings was converted to 60 affordable housing units. One of the buildings is in the shape of an old quonset hut, this building will be connected to the main building with new bridges at each apartment entrance.

Oneida Mill Apartments
This project consisted of the conversion of a 134000 SF historic mill complex in Graham, NC, into 133 affordable housing units, utilizing LITHC and historic credits.
The Lofts at White Furniture
A historic factory and warehouse, built originally by The White Furniture Company between 1905 and 1924.
Hoots Mill
